I work with adults and caregivers navigating the complex emotional, relational, and practical impacts of chronic illness and life-limiting disease. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected as they balance medical realities, caregiving responsibilities, shifting identities, and anticipatory grief. I also support individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and the strain that long-term illness places on relationships and sense of self.

In our work together, I help you process these experiences, build resilience, and find steadier footing—whether that means creating space for grief, reducing stress and burnout, or reconnecting with meaning and self-compassion amid difficult circumstances.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as ACT and CBT alongside Somatic Experiencing, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and psychodynamic perspectives. Therapy is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in building safety, nervous system regulation, and practical tools to help you feel more supported and present in your day-to-day life.
