I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, often navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who feel outwardly capable but internally strained, as well as people seeking trauma-recovery–focused therapy and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I have experience supporting adults living with PTSD; developmental and relational trauma; experiences of abuse; and the emotional impact of chronic or terminal illness. In our work together, I help you make sense of your experiences and find steadier footing in your life—whether that means easing anxiety and stress, healing from trauma, or cultivating a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as ACT and CBT alongside Somatic Experiencing, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and psychodynamic perspectives. Therapy is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in building safety, awareness, and practical tools to help you feel more present and connected.
